Admissions Representative

We're seeking a confident, compassionate, and high-performing Admissions Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, believes in the power of education, and knows how to guide others from interest to enrollment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Make daily outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to prospective students and leads •Conduct initial admissions interviews with prospective students or parents •Clearly communicate program offerings, tuition options, and enrollment steps •Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks using our CRM system •Collaborate with the Admissions Director to meet weekly call and enrollment goals •Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure paperwork is completed •Support in virtual or in-person school orientations and events •Represent Bomb Braids School with professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge •Assist with data entry, lead tracking, and administrative tasks related to enrollment •Uphold our school values of excellence, empowerment, and education
QUALIFICATIONS: •Previous experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or outreach (preferred but not required) •Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills •Strong organizational and time-management skills •Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRM or lead tracking systems •Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with phone outreach •Passionate about beauty, education, and empowering others through opportunity
